A mixed rice dish, with its origins among the old Indians. It is cooked by mixing curry and later combining it with semi-cooked rice separately. It is made using the pahadi style of North India, Uttarakhand, and mixed with a hint of our chefs secret spice. Served with traditional raita or sauce.
